Round 2 of Deanna's Plan....
Starts today!! Let the games begin!!! DH wanted to BD last night, and I told him to save it for today  ! We did Deanna's plan on overdrive last month (every day)....so this month we are actually going to follow the plan!

this part confused me
Trying" too often can actually do more harm than good. Do not try every night! You will get exhausted and sore, and your mucus--both for fertility and for lubrication--will dry up, and you will stop trying too early in the month or miss an important day. Every other day is absolutely sufficient, with three nights in a row during peak time sealing the deal.

Yes...I read that...but we figured more would be better...but it kind of burnt us out....so will do every other day until O than 3 days in a row. But my good friend said they tried every other day for months, and the month she got a BFP was when they did every day. So who knows.....???

We sort of followed it, we bd every other for a week before o then did it 3 days in a row, skipped 2 days I had a delayed ovulation then 2more times and it worked, I got my BFP last month, I also used pressed with the applicator so I was those swimmers stayed alive for the 5-7 days so we had better chances

This gives me hope!! Question...I use "Pre" it is also suppossed to be sperm friendly lubricant.....but now I am thinking pre seed is better. Hmmm....

I did Deanna's Plan and my avatar is my prize!! haha!
I did deanna's plan on crack the cycle I got my BFP... basically added in a TON of BD sessions.. so there were many days we went in a row.. then we would be tired and skip a day here and there. you can def BD daily so long as there are no sperm issues.
we also used preseed!!
