Question About How Long I Can Keep Something In Refrigerator Before I Cook It...
I just bought a Roast Beef from Uncle Giuspes(sp) yesterday(Saturday). Can I cook it tomorrow (Monday) two days later. The date on it says SELL BY September 6th(Tuesday). Just want to make sure. Don't want to freeze it but DH wants to eat out tonight.
