really bummed
this was my first cycle of clomid. While I was not completely expecting to get pregnant right away, but I was expecting me NOT to start spotting at 8 DPO like I normally do! I SHOULD be having a longer luteal phase, and it looks like thats not happening!!!! and to add insult to injury...I'm cramping really bad too.
I'm trying to stay positive in that i'm not actually "out" unitl AF arrives...I'm just really bummed that I dont seem to be responding to the clomid...
ok...vent over...

Re: really bummed
sorry i know how you feel. i tried clomid this month too and was told not to BD because of a high multiples risk...so it was very upsetting.. but hopefully you're still in it for this month and you're just getting some implantation bleeding..

Re: really bummed
your LP wouldnt be lengthened by clomid. if you spot at 8dpo you should be on progesterone after O.

The same exact thing happened to my my first clomid cycle. The following cycle, the Dr put me on progesterone and it corrected the problem.
