Looking for a white dresser
If anyone is redoing their LO's room, I'm looking for a white dresser for nursery, that could also be used as a changing table.

We got ours at Ikea for $299! Its the 8 drawer Hemnes dresser. DH put it together and was impressed by the quality. It has tons of space and works great as a long as you are not on the short side. Its pretty tall (Im 5'9").

That's the one I was originally going to get, and probably will. It's just trekking out there to get it. I wish Ikea had a better delivery policy. It's $100 for it to be delivered to me. Was the box big when you got it, did you need to have a SUV or van?

Tell me about trekking! I live in Virginia Beach, VA and the closest Ikea is 4 hours away near Washington DC!
We took my friends SUV (Ford Explorer). The dresser comes in 2 boxes and we did have to put the seats down in the back to fit it in there but IMO, worth it! I looked high and low for a dresser with this amount of space and nothing I could find came close to this price. Plus, we made a fun day of it and got lots of other stuff for the nursery while we were there.

I tried to edit my last post but it wouldnt let me . I wanted to add that even if you spend the $100 on shipping (which we were going to do originally) it still cheaper than any other white dresser of that size that I could find.
