keep or toss?
I made homemade mac and cheese that I wanted to freeze for DD. I made it, left it on the stove to cool for a little bit, and then forgot about it  It was sitting out for about 3 hours. Would you toss it, or is it OK to freeze?

I would freeze it. As long as it wasn't super hot in your house, I think it would be fine.
