Sausage and Peppers for a crowd....freezing
I want to try to attempt to make as much food as I can for my DS 1st bday. It may be about 80 people. Do you think I can make a TON of sausage and peppers and freeze it the week before the party. Then defrost in the fridge and put in large sterno trays?
He is having a baseball party I want to make Sausage and peppers Mac & Cheese Hot Dogs (Boiled) Pasta salad with Italian Dressing Regular Salad Then I was going to order a few 6 foot heros and they come with Mac Salad and potato salad
I also want to make the cake.....we shall see on that one!
Any thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated. (PS I will be 6 months preggo at this point!! )

We make and freeze big batches of sausage and peppers all the time. You may get some extra liquid when you defrost but I would just dump some out. It should work fine.
