definitely, just stick it in the fridge. it'll actually taste better tomorrow (just don't do it in metal if you are using red sauce)
any longer than two days and I would say freeze it in tupperware.

the tomato sauce COULD react with the metal in the tray, so to store it, i use glass or plastic, but use the aluminum to cook/reheat...this way it saves you the hassle of cleaning anything that would get stuck on your glassware.

yeah, I second the warning to not mix aluminum and tomato sacue (if you're using tomatoes). I know I've acidentally dissolved foil by covering my lasagna in the frige.
Just put it in glass, porcelain or stainless steel in the refrigerator, and it will be fine...

Or you ca just make in the crockpot - let it cook overnight and it will be ready to serve tomorrow. That's what a friend at work does and it tastes delicious!
