BD question

I've been using the CBE OPKs since CD8 , it's now CD 13 and no smiley yet. DH and I have been BDing every other day. Since CD8 in the meantime. Do you think that's enough? I'm hoping I get a smiley soon, but I'm worried that I may have missed my surge.

you are still pretty early in your cycle. A lot of it is based on how long your cycle is. The shorter your cycle means you will most likely get your smiley earlier, and vice-versa.

I'm no expert, but i doubt you missed your surge. Also, if your bd'ing every other day..you are covered!

I typically have cycles that range between 26 and 28 days. I usually ovulate right around now, but if I don't get a smiley by the end of the week it's likely I missed it. I was actually more worried about not BDing enough to make sure I'm covered just in case!

Oh, well i agree that if you don't get the smiley by the end of the week u most likely missed it too, but i think you'll probably get smiley within the next two days.

I'd keep BD'ing every other day. It's possible that the stress and chaos of the hurricane could have caused your body to delay O'ing (even by just a day or two). So, don't assume you missed your surge and stop BD'ing in a few days. Keep at it until you know for sure.
