just curious..

i have some lovenox 60 mg and some generic 40 mg..

they are not the same right? like the fact that is generic does not change the dosage..just wanted to see if i could use the 60


also..i take 1500 mg of metformin..2 pills twice a day..for some reason when the pharmacy fileld my scrip they gave me 3 pilss a day(500 each)..just to stay on my schedule when i take my pills can i take 2 of the metformin at once or should i really take it three diff times a day
