Those that pay out of pocket: Did you shop around for the "cheapest" RE?
I have ben with my RE now for quite a while and had my DS in 2009 thanks to him. But now I am out of insurance money and I'm torn as to whether or not I should check the costs of other RE's before i continue with him to pay out of pocket.
If you did "shop around" can you share the info you got. I will be doing IVF and PGD.
TIA!

I only have IF insurance for another month so right now I am using the RE that helped me get pg with dd but I am going to shop around and find out if there is a difference between dr offices.

No, we started with RE when covered my Insurance. During process our insurance changed and it was no longer covered. We just stuck with our RE because they're so highly regarded and have great success rates. I didn't price shop them.
