Daughter had her pre-TTC appt. today
and is cleared for takeoff!!!! She's on her way now to get ovulation test kit. Mary

Debi was told to replace her Alavert with plain Claritin, use only Tylenol, use saline spray if necessary, eat a lot of protein and veggies, drink lots of water. Debi already uses REN skin care, purchased at Sephora, formulated for pregnant women, without chemicals and parabens. Check your skin moisturizers; Debi said even "natural" moisturizers have methylparaben or "paraben" ingredient. She was told to allow at least a month, without using her acne med., that has spironolactone, before TTC., which she has already done. Mary
