How many mg of DHA?
I am reading the Dr Oz book "You: having a baby" and he recommends taking 600 miligrams of DHA a day. I just looked at my target gummy vitamins with DHA and they only have 50 mg!
Even the vitamins samples my Dr gave me only have 250 mg.
I do drink milk fortified with DHA, but Im not sure how many mg are in that.
How much are you taking?

My prenatal has 325 mg of plant based DHA.

Mine is 200 MG. I just googled how much DHA we should be taking and majority of the sites say 200.

Wow, thanks for this post. Im taking the gummy vitamins too and didnt even think of how much DHA I needed. I think I will go out and by an additional DHA vitamin

I'm not sure how many mg, but I take the DHA supplement Expecta. My doc suggested I take it in addition to my PNV.
