crossing over....sooo excited!!!
So I got my BFP on Monday!!! went in for bloodwork on tue.. levels were kinda low (so they increased my dosage of progesterone) went in again today and they said levels were looking good!!!  im still in shock and don't feel like this is really happening.. i'm soooo super excited (and really nervous at the same time)
i got in tue for a sono!!! (is this too early?)
also, i am currently seeing an RE, am I supposed to call my gyno??
Thanks ladies! and i look forward to spending the next 9 months with you!

As far as your RE, they should let you know when to call your gyno. Normally they will keep you until they hear a heart beat. We just heard the HB on Wed for the first time (6w 2d) and he told me to call my gyno and make an appt for 2-3 weeks.

Congrats!!
I had a sono at 5 1/2 weeks and saw the sac and yolk sac. Saw the heartbeat today after another week. I actually googled pictures before going last time so DH and I knew what to expect. After my first sono, they told me to schedule an appt. with my ob so they could determine how we would transition over.

you will likely only see a heartbeat if you are near the 6w mark. so if you are earlier you will prob see a sac or a sac and a fetal pole. dont get discouraged if you dont see a heartbeat before 6w.
as for the RE mine kept me til 11w but they all vary. they will tell you when to make the OB appointment.

Congrats!! I was seeing and RE also. I stuck with them for the first 12 weeks then they sent me off to my OB. An ob proably wouldnt see you right away anyway. Stick with the RE. They can get you in frequently and probably get sonos. I had one every week for the first 9 weeks. I loved being able to see my LO every chance I could!
