Feet soooo swollen!!! What to do???
I try to keep them elevated, but even after sleeping at night they're still bad. Today they got worse. The tops of my feet are burning and the insides of my ankles feel so sore. And I still have 2 weeks to go!!! I drank water all day today and didn't pee as much as I should have --- it all went to my feet and ankles 
Anyone have any advice???

Same thing happened to me! Make sure when they are elevated, they are above your heart and I would wiggle them a lot - they would go down, but not all the way...it's just what happens at this point...hang in there!!!!

Definitely elevate them above your heart and drink as much water as possible. Avoid anything with salt. You can even soak them in cold water to help reduce the swelling. Feel better!

Drink water, and sit with them up with ice packs on them...its the only thing helping me.

Add some lemon to the water you're drinking (natural diuretic).

Soaking them is the only thing that seems to work for me. Mine are so swollen and itchy!!!!!

Elevate them, keep on your left side as much as possible, drink water, and call your obgyn to let them know about the swelling.

with my 1st my feet were soooo swollen. Nothing much helped me...But I did put some aqua4 on my feet. The skin was starting to split! Just make sure your skin doesnt start to split. It hurt so bad!

Elevate them, ice them, and have DH massage them!

You can also put pillows under the foot of your mattress.
DH also massages them. He starts by the toes and tries to push the liquid out...lol...does that make sense?

Ugh my feet are the same way and at this point, there's no going down.
I wear tight sports socks (or compression socks) in the evenings and prop them up with ice. They are so fully of water that massaging them hurts too much.
ETA - Just realized you are my due date twin.
