i took a xanax...is that bad??!!
so transfer is tomorrow and i am feeling insanely wound up. i took a tinnny dose of xanax cause i need to relax ( dont know if its gonna work) this is okay right? i mean they give you valium right before soo...???

Given the fact that you don't share bloodline for 6 weeks I think you are ok. I'm 2dpo and drinking wine. Pft.. Whatever works to keep us sane. Good luck and lots of baby dust for you!

It's probably fine.. and figure it isn't good for your body to be under a massive amount of stress too!! So, it's like the lesser of two evils

At my Res there iS no anesthesia for the transfer so I'm loading up. You know my feelings so,....go for it!

Every time I am 12dpo/13dpo I drink wine, vodka, whatever...I don't test so I figure I am not going to change my life until I know I am pregnant. Since we all find out usually 14dpo at a beta I figure that is enough warning to stop.
I think xanax should be absolutely fine. The second you POAS and get a positive is when you should start to make changes.

Valium was my best friend at my transfer. Totally helped calm me.
