Question about vitamins
So about 2 months ago I started taking a multi vitamin with folic acid on a daily basis. Prior to this I hadn't taken a regular multi vitamin probably since I was a kid.
Usually my cycle is about 35 days - last month it was only 27. It probably sounds crazy but I was wondering - is it possible that it's due to the vitamins?
Anyone else have a similiar experience?

I've never heard of vitamins altering a cycle. But, maybe - in the world of our cycles I've given up thinking anything really makes sense!

Vitamin B is supossed to lengthen ones luteal phase so anything is a possible. What I've learned from ttc is the impossible is possible.

THIS!! Vitamin B lengthened my LP by 3 days. Its definiteyl possible. I wouldn't give up the folic acid tho.. it's too important!
