Was out in the sun for a mere 1/2 hr and have a headache
I had sunglasses and a hat on and it was only a 1/2 hr and my head hurts.
Any suggestions on how to relieve this pain?

well, you can take tylenol.
but you could also be dehydrated- so maybe guzzle a few glasses of water if you can?

Drink PLENTY of water. I had read that on average you should drink 80oz of water a day when pregnant. I didn't realize how important water was until I became dehyrdrated. It was very scary but it wasn't to the point where I needed to hospitalized for
