AWESOME Steak Marinade Recipe
I hate all of those packet marinades in supermarket, they all taste like salt and not much else. I came across this recipe online for a steak marinade and it is TO DIE FOR! I am in HEAVEN with every bite!!! Enjoy!! (It's enough marinade for about a pound of meat)
1 tbs. EVOO
1 garlic clove, smashed
1 tbs. Worcestershire Sauce
1 tbs. balsamic vinegar
1 tbs. yellow mustard (I used honey mustard)
1 tbs. soy sauce
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Combine everything in a big Ziploc bag, toss in the meat, and let marinate. The longer the meat marinates, the better!
