Does anyone have a good recipe for steak marinade?
I used to always use the same one. It contains vinegar & now DH tells me he hates vinegar. I can share it if you like vinegar :)

Italian dressing is one I've used before that is great for tips on the grill, marinate overnight.
Worcestershire sauce and cracked pepper, don't overmarinate it though, just brush it on and grind some pepper over it.

Re: Does anyone have a good recipe for steak marinade?
My go-to for London Broil - I always get rave reviews with this:
1/2 cup of everything: soy sauce vegetable oil tomato juice brown sugar
lots of crushed garlic
let steak marinate in this for a while, throw on the grill, pour remainig marinade into a bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Serve as a dipping sauce. I promise you won't be disappointed.

I am so bad, I don't measure. but I just made like 4 pounds of skirts (I cut the into individual pieces) and used 3/4 jar hoison, 3/4 bottle of rice vinegar and then just sprinkled in the garlic and pepper to my liking! HTH
Marinating it over night in that gives it so much flavor!

Re: Does anyone have a good recipe for steak marinade?
Love this one!
* 1/3 cup soy sauce * 1/2 cup olive oil * 1/3 cup fresh lemon juice * 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce * 1 1/2 tablespoons garlic powder * 3 tablespoons dried basil * 1 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes * 1 teaspoon ground white pepper ( always use black) * 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce (optional) * 1 teaspoon dried minced garlic (optional)
Directions
1. Place the soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, basil, parsley, and pepper in a blender. Add hot pepper sauce and garlic, if desired. Blend on high speed for 30 seconds until thoroughly mixed. I have done it would mixing it and it comes out fine. 2. Pour marinade over desired type of meat. Cover, and refrigerate for up to 8 hours. Cook meat as desired.
