BD everyday or every other day? What do you do?
DH and I were doing it every other day. When I told my dr that today she said since I am so regular, that I should count 10 days after my period starts and on the 10th day start doing it everyday til Day 17. She said that way at some point, we end of DTD when I am ovulating/ Just curious what everyone else is doing. She said a lot of people do it every other day thinking the guy stores up sperm, but that not true.. All you need is one sperm

I read both, so I'm confused too. Last month we did it every other day. That didn't work. This month we'll try it everyday, hopefully I'll be in the mood for that  DH will be happy.

Last month we did it cd 12 13 14 &15. The doc said to start on cd 10 do it every other day till cd 16 maybe 18. Then again im tempin.

if u r not using a opk and not temping and not exactly sure when u ovulate then go everyday..i mean if u have the time and the energy and dh has no sperm issues have fun
if u know when u r ovulating prob the whole week u do not need to
best of luck!

ITA. Honestly, I cannot see myself going at it for a week straight. I would be totally drained and the way life is it will never allow us to do it every day anyway theres always something getting in the one. Since I temp, use OPK and the monitor and monitor my CM I have a pretty good idea of when I O so I only do it everyday around the time Im Oing. But like Gina said, if you have the energy and DH has no sperm issues then go at it like rabbits!

I ovulate on cd 19, so that advice is not for everyone. I was doing every other day and it hasn't worked, so now I will BD as much as possible once I see that smiley. I am not getting any younger!!

The two times I got pregnant we were not having a ton of sex.
The first time I got pregnant we were having sex about 3 times a week like normal and we just stopped being careful and it happened that first month.
The second time I got pregnant it took a little longer. For two cycles we tried Deanna's Plan. I was already using an OPK under doctor's orders so I figured Deanna's Plan would get me pregnant fast but nothing happened. I may have had a chemical during the second try but I can't be 100% sure (I had a late period, positive digital pregnancy test but negative beta the following day). For the next two cycles we just tried every other day. I think Deanna's Plan was too much sex for us and to much of a "plan". Having sex every other day was actually enjoyable!  The second cycle of trying every other day I was pregnant again. That cycle we kept going every other day until the end just to make sure we didn't miss ovulation.
So for me, both times I was pregnant we weren't trying too hard. So based on my experience I'd say every other day is enough.
