Heartburn... I think?
I'm not sure if I am having heart burn or not. I have never had it before. It's like a burning in the back of my throat that follows a small burp. Am I right?? It's a constant feeling. Anyway... If it is heartburn, how do I make it stop??? Can I take anything?

2 tums provides quick but short term relief. If you are suffering frequently I would check out Zantac 75 (which you can take every 12 hours of needed). I'm at the point where my doc put me on Rx Protonix because nothing OTC was working for me and it went from "burning in the back of my throat" to "throw up in the back of my throat all day."

Thanks. Called OB's office. She said Tums, Zantac (regular) and or Pepcid. Hope it helps me!
