Since no one seems to like my other qotd lots of views but no answers ill come up with another one.
Whn you first started this whole journey how long did you think it was going to take?
I was convinced a month maybe two. I've watched other friends/family struggle and many others get it right on the first shot and I hoped and prayed it was going to be the same for me. But no.

I felt 1 of 2 things were gonna happen... either I would be one of the lucky ones who get pregnant right after you stop the pill during that "extra fertile time" (I don't think this has happen, but 5 week, no AF) OR that it would take like 6 months.
I have always worried about being able to have kids... but I hear thats normal?

I originally thought it would take a couple of months after stopping BC to regulate my cycle in order to TTC... but 6 months later my cycle is still out of whack... who knows when it will regulate. just saw a RE who took some blood so we'll see what happens.

I thought it would take a few months... i never thought id get pregnant right away... i also never thought id have an ectopic pregnancy and then get pregnant again almost right away and have an m/c...
i am thinking its best not to have expectations

I thought I would get pregnant right away, which I did. But I never in a million years thought I'd have a miscarriage. We are now on month 3 of trying again.

That is how I felt. I thought it would either be the first time we tried or it would take us forever and we would have trouble. So far its only been a month so who knows. Hopefully a few months is all.

sounds like we are on the same schedule. let's see how this first month goes!

I knew we would need to do IVF, but we figured we would see what happened naturally for a year. Well, it's been a year. Next month, we are seeing a RE. Hopefully, it will happen by the end of the year...
