Please reccomend a book or dvd
On natural (drug-free) childbirth techniques.
I really want to avoid an epidural and am not too familiar with the natural birth coping strategies out there (hypnobirth, lamaze, etc).

Hmm...two that I liked a lot were:
Ina May's Guide to Natural Childbirth
AND
Birthing From Within by Pam England.
They're both pretty focused on the mental/spiritual aspects of childbirth, which might not be for everyone, but I found both books very empowering.
I took a Hypnobabies course, which I think was excellent. How far along are you? It's probably not to late to start the course!
