Majors Steakhouse !!
Very reasonable and very casual. Food is really good. There is one in Woodbury and another in East Meadow

We just went to Boulder Creek for the first time and loved it. Not sure if its TOO casual for you but I thought the food was great. I don't eat steak but DH liked it. I loved their chicken.
