I put one up in my old home. I was very happy with it. Only thing is you have to install it yourself.

We have one in our house now. We did have to install it ourselves (My DH isn't very handy and he did it with a little help from me )
We got the manual one and I 100% regret not spending the extra money for the automatic. Other than that it was fine.

We had the automatic. Well worth it. Only thing was you cant sit under it during the rain, it has to be closed during the rain (unlike the manual with the arms/braces).
