1 Hr. Glucose Test (Failed)

I'm so disappointed I failed my 1 hr. glucose test.

Did any of you ladies fail the 1 hr and pass the 3 hr?

Now, I have no clue what to eat. Did you limit your sugar in take the day/night before going for the test?

I failed the one hour and passed the 3 hour

i didn't do anything different before either test. Honestly, don't limit or change what you normally eat.
If you fail the 3 hour test, its probably for a good reason and they'll be able to help you change your diet to better help the baby
