Does your house shake?
We live in a very old brick tudor and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with what I'm feeling... I'd say at the very least 3 times a day our house trembles to the point of our windows rattling (they're original to the house, so it's not shocking that they rattle ) and I can feel the floor shaking. It only lasts for about 5 seconds or so. I mostly notice it when on the second floor. It's definitely not our heating system - there's on CAC and our oil burner is off for the warm months (we have gas for everything else).
Any thoughts? Is my house going to fall down?

I have no experience with this but I'm thinking you should call the town to have them check it out. Maybe they can send an engineer or something. Is there any construction going on in your vicinity? Road construction? Or a train passing by?

Re: Does your house shake?
Do you have an attic fan? When mine kicks on (it's on a thermostat), the whole house rattles.

To answer some questions - no attic fan, no heavy traffic, close to but not THAT close to railroad.
IDK what's going on.

I also think it is the train, when I was little and would sleep at my grandma's, who is just under a mile from the train, the bed would shake so much that I would wake up. My grandma never felt it and my mom who lived in that house for 20 years thought I was crazy. I guess they were used to it.

Yes, mine does every time a large truck passes. All my pictures on the wall rattle!
