Well that's strange...and a question..Update 7/27

So I was diagnosed with PCOS and was given Provera to take from my doctor. But I was told to wait until I had gone two weeks without (just so that there would be no chance that I was pregnant when I took it) and I was in the waiting period when I finally got what I thought was my period last Thursday (on day 89 ) It was heavier than spotting but lighter than a heavy flow. Then Friday it stopped and nothing since. I didn't really have any cramps or anything associated with it at all. Since then though my boobs have been getting more sore, and the nipples are itching like crazy. I can't even wear my lace bra because it is so irritating.
Could this just be because my hormones are all flucked up? Should I take the provera now anyway. I was thinking about calling the doctor to find out but was wondering what you ladies thought.

And today I am spotting again. My body is ALL screwed up and I have no idea what is going on.

I'd call the doc to see whther they think that was a true period or not. But when I was unmedicated with PCOS, my period was totally off- after provera, it took about 2 weeks to get it and it was very light. a few weeks after that, it was really heavy.

Yea, that's what I was wondering. I would figure that for as long as it has been since I had a period that when I did get it it would be a lot heavier but one day just doesn't seem like it would be a regular period.

My dr gave me provera to kick start my period. So far I am on day 5 and still nothing! My boobs are sore and my nipples are kinda itchy too! I would call the dr and see what they say!!!! I had something similar to you in April it ended up being a cyst!
