usually 73 during the day and 71 at night. I like it colder at night which is good because my upstairs master is usually 3-5 degrees cooler than the rest of the house.

During the day it was set to 60 in both the living room and bedroom and i had the door open to get some cross ventilation going because it was still really hot. I have 2 skylights and a lot of windows in my apartment living room and it made it so freakin hot!
Right now though it's set to 67.

CAC. 78 during the day, I will bump it down to 76 if I feel warm.
72-74 overnight. To which DH says it's like an icebox!

It's off - we don't have CAC or window units. The ceiling fans and large open windows are usually enough to be comfortable, but these few hot days can be brutal.
We are in a similar boat. Last year, we had no AC and it was brutal. We had casement windows and those do not lend themselves very well to ACs.
This year, we replaced some windows and put a double hung window in our room - so we now have an AC in our bedroom. We do not use the AC during the day at all. I usually turn it on about an hour before bed, which makes sleeping easier.

Same. I do have wall ac's but only turned them on once or twice so far when it's been extra humid out. I just use a fan pointed at me to sleep at night, and windows open during the day.

two wall units. One in the LR which cools the whole first floor more or less. That is usually set to 71 during the day. We go with 69 in the eve. The bedroom one is on energy save for the whole day at 74 and then we drop it to about 68-70 at night.
