i've been told tylenol is safe but not aspirin!

Yes, they were killer but I didn't have m/s so I figured this was the lesser of the two evils. Feel better  Some caffeine helps.

Yup, I've been getting terrible headaches also. I NEVER used to get headaches but now I seem to have a headache 3-4 times a week. Thank God we can take Tylenol!

Im in the 2nd trimester and I am still getting headaches. Mine are worse now than they were during the 1st. I'm really trying hard to not take any meds. I just put a hot or cold pack on and try to go to sleep if possible.
ditto and its almost daily. Ive had migraines since I was 5 or6 so Im prone to headaches anyway, but never every single day. I am in bed with an ice pack as I type this.

Im so happy Im not alone. I had horrible ones yesterday and thought it was allergy related. I could not get rid of it. I ate, tried sitting in a dark room and then we had to go leave for dinner plans. Im just past 12 weeks so Im hoping they get better but from what Im reading they can stick around for a while.
