How is everyone handling this heatwave?
I HATE IT!!!! lol... honestly, Ive just been staying inside during the hottest part of the day! Getting a lot of things done in the nursary  28 days (+/-) to go!

I hate it myself. I need the a/c's on and I'm already dreading the LIPA bill. If my feet and legs didn't get tired so fast I'd spend my time at the stores feeding off there free a/c.
Even the pool gets to me - if the sun is beating down on me the water doesn't do anything for me.

Havent left my AC job or CAC house.....its just WAY to warm out there...and its only supposed to get worse!!!

Not well! DD and I have been bathing in sweat for like 4 days....today is actually the coolest day I have felt yet, so Im taking the inititive to get tons of stuff done until is heats up today, supposed to be 90 here in Maine today
ETA: We have no fans or AC so maybe we will take a little trip somewhere to utilize the car's AC

I'm miserable and unfortuntely Tues-Thurs. are my commuting days...which meants a 2 hr 15 commute each way. My feet are like two london broils. The only saving grace is the ac at my job. We don't have CAC at home and our big unit in the living room does nothing to cool it down.

i'm a cranky mess. even my office doesn't seem to be cool enough. i haven't been going out to lunch this week, and by the time I get home at night (7-730) i have been hiding in the bedroom with the a/c on (no CAC). I actually took a cold shower last night too. i felt like my core temp was 1000000 degrees! And i'm one of those "i'm always cold" people.

35 days to go, and my shower is on Sunday. I'm kind of planning it all by myself (long story...) so I've spent the past few days running all over town: to bakeries, Target, Wal-Mart, etc. As long as I'm inside in the air conditioning I do alright, but, oh my feet! They're like marshmallows, even in the air conditioning. 
Fingers crossed that the heatwave breaks before Sunday, otherwise I'm going to have a group full of miserable women in my backyard for my shower.
