temping question
My dr gave me a temping chart and the lowest number on there is 97.8. When I am taking my temp in the morning it has been under that. Like 97.5 and I thought it was just the basel thermometer but i bought another regular one and its just as low. How do i mark this on a chart and is this normal to be so low?

Im pretty sure its normal for your temp to be that low. Mine has been occasionally that low. Why dont yo use Fertility Friend to track the temps instead paper? once you finish the cycle you can print it out and give it to your Dr. (if thats what he wants)

Just do a search online. You will be able to find a chart with the temp range you need.
There are ones for the lower range and ones for the higher range.

Most of my temps are under 97.5. Definitely track them online like fertility friend.

oh ok but if i write them down i can still tell when the spike is right even if i dont use a chart
