Exterminators

We are looking to have someone come and treat for termites. Not 100% sure we have them, but want to be safe than sorry. Orkin, Terminik, and Suburban all came and gave us pricing. Are there any hidden fees with any of these companies that we should be aware of? Does anyone have any recommendations of one over the other? Also, are there any question that you suggest we ask?

These people were all typical salespeople and we just want to make sure we are not being taken advantage of, so any advice is very much appreciated. Thanks!

we have terminix, but only because the previous owner put it in before we moved in. so we just renewed the contract since the traps are already in place all around our property. we haven't had any issues with them. we even added their pest control because we were having issues with that!

my mom uses brennan termite and pest control in seaford. if we didn't already have terminix in place we would have used them. they gave us a decent price, but they use different traps then terminix and it would have been a process to take them out. do you know how the other companies put down their bait?

Thank you for your response. They all put the bait in the ground through the stations. Arrow, Suburban and Orkin all use Sentricon System. From what I understand this is the best system to use and Terminix lost their license to install these systems. Do you know what brennan termite and pest control uses?
