Termite Exterminators
Anyone know of a good affordable company?? Upon inspection we found out we need to do a treatment, although I think the company is trying to rip us off, since we already have a bait system installed, but they want to charge us for a new one..GRR
BUYING AND SELLING a house is such a PIA!!!!

When I has my inspection done, they found termite damage and calculated what needed to be repaired. The seller of the house used the company who completed the termite inspection for a fair price. FM me if you want - our inspector was located out of Ridge and our house is in PJS.

I'm right near you and we used Suburban Exterminators in Smithtown. We bought a contract and have been using them for a few years now with no issues.
