DH's friend's father, we have a feeling, will end up helping us install some interior doors today. He won't take money but he always loved my cheesecake. But, sadly, he is a widower now and his son has moved out. So a whole cheesecake would be kind of a waste.

Should I make the cheesecake recipe in cupcake liners and muffin tins? Almost single-serve? And if so, I would want him to have the ability to freeze the majority of them so I need a reco of the best way to that.
