I would probably want to buy the 150 acre farm next to my Dad's 75 acre farm upstate. I love the farmhouse that is on it and the barn - but I would:

1. renovate the inside of the house and 2.renovate the barn so DH had a recording studio/rehearsal space.
3.Build a "guest house" so guests had their own space.
4. Build a small 2 room "house" for a craft/retreat for me.
5. Inground swimming pool/pool service
6. Maid
7. Extensive landscape and hardscape - the works - patio/pergola/gazebo/ gardens - vegetable and flowers
8. Outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen
9. Someone to plow and shovel the snow

Lots of land. Enough land to have off-road trails for different vehicles (bicycle trails, pickup truck trails, ATV trails, etc)
River/stream/pond in the yard

Indoor swimming pool with the master suite having a slide and diving board from the 2nd floor into the pool (Yes, I've thought about these dreams for years.... )

Billiards room

Massive library (we have a small bedroom sized library now, but I would love a huge one)

Workshop with lots of $$$ tools (I have a large workshop now with several $$ tools, but bigger is always better.... )

Heated driveway (it's actually in my plans for my current house)

Enough solar panels and/or wind turbines to power the entire house (current solar panels only cover about 2/3 of our electricity usage)

Multi-car garage to house many vehicles

Sound-proof movie/media room

Massive kitchen

Definitely his and hers master baths - both with separate tub and shower, etc.

Bath attached to every bedroom

Large free form gunite pool with screen house around it (like in FL) so the bugs don't get you, waterfall feature, and swim up bar with a roof for shade - and a bartender to make my drinks

Huge kitchen with all appliances (wine fridge, beverage fridge, separate fridge and freezer, double ovens, at least two dishwashers, etc). Big island with seating for six. And of course someone to cook for me. And someone to clean for me.

Entire kids' section of the yard with a huge playset, treehouse or playhouse, sprinkler park type area

Large water feature (but safe for kids)

Waterfront or waterview

Long private driveway so no one could see my house from the street

Elevator (because I get lazy sometimes )

Pool house with a workout room (with CAC - I don't like to sweat )

Movie theater and bowling alley in basement - arcade games, pinball and pool table too

ETA: huge heated and CAC garage for several cars as DH would buy a lot of them
