When to have the baby shower ...
When to have the shower if I am due on Feb 2nd?
updated thought - I am worried that people will be mad that I am taking away a shopping day for them and adding another gift to buy during that time?! If I have it between the holidays. I know those weeks are best to have the shower but wish it landed a different time of year!

I am due a couple of days before you and I am planning on having mine sometime between Thanksgiving and New Years Eve.

well that's tough. I am doing mine 28 weeks bc it's twins and I have a higher risk of them coming early. For one baby, I would say the normal time would be to do it between 30-35 weeks. In your case that falls around the holidays which might be tough. I would say to go ahead and do it early december. I think waiting till 36 weeks or after is a little late...you want time to set up the nursery and if you happen to go early you wouldn't want to miss your shower!
