I'd take some tylenol, my dear. And rest! Oh, and gargle with salt water. Yucky, I know, but it helps!

Thanks for the help! Both sound like I might not be working tommorrow...HMMM...not sure if thats such a bad thing

Go to the doctor for a strep test. You might need an antibiotic. Untreated strep throat can lead to very serious problems. There are plenty of antibiotics you can take while PG.
ETA: you can also use Chloraseptic spray for the pain. Feel better.
