aspartame
I feel less nauseous when eating so about a week ago I discovered 15 calorie sugar free popsicles. I been having 1-2 a day but one day couldn't stomach much else and had like 5 or 6. Today I realized that if its sugar free it probably has aspartame in it, just checked the box, and it does. I've been trying to be so careful, how'd I not realize sooner.
Should I stop eating them completely? Is what I ate already really bad?

Re: aspartame
(as I drink a diet coke)...
Sometimes only certain things help with nausea...I wouldn't worry myself too much. Enjoy the popsicles.

I agree... the only thing that helped ease my m/s this time was diet coke or crystal light. Have the popsicles!
