Levitt Home owners
Has anyone completely removed the double sided fireplace? And does anyone have pics of how this looks? Debating this...and would love to see pics!

I am not a levit owner but have been in a few.
You could do this? It's not structural or load bearing? I would love to see this as well.

Thanks for your replies. Hopefully someone who did this has a pic! I'm just wondering how much more open it would feel, and need ideas for kitchen/ living room set ups if we go this route :)

I don't have pics but someone I know did it and put a kitchen island with stools for a breakfast bar.

My neighbor did this, but unfortunately, I do not have any photos. It looks great though.
Not sure if it makes a difference, but they dormered the house as well.

ours is closed off in the kitchen and we are able to have a kitchen table but we're looking into putting in an island. it's still open on the other side though.
