I sooooo want to....
TEST!!!!! Its only 5 DPO and I know there is a small chance I'll get my BFP considering my LP is so short and I think we missed our BD-ing window this month...but I still want to anyway....
ok...just neededto get that out!!!
i hate waiting...I also hate the fact that I wish days away!!

I should've been more clear...I meant that there's a small chance in general (I know it's impossible to detect pregnancy this early). Not only did we BD late, but my LP is either 9 or 10 days. I think once it was 11. I know it's not supposed to vary...hence the problem! LOL

I wouldn't call it a small chance - I'd call it 0% chance  It takes a few days for the embryo to develop and then implant, and then the HCG needs to build up in your body. 9 DPO is even early for a BFP.
LP doesn't make a difference, unless it's less than 10 days, in which case that could inhibit implantation.

ITA with LB ... I don't think I've ever heard of anyone getting a BFP before 7-8 dpo at the earliest. Most not until at least 10 - 11 dpo I believe.

How long is your LP??? Have you checked with your dr about having a possible LP defect? I'm asking only because you said it is so short.

Gotcha  With an LP like that it's not impossible to get a BFP, but when I had that problem (and I wasn't getting a BFP) I started taking b-vitamin complex to lengthen my LP and it worked like a charm.

I'm talking to my doctor about possibly going on clomid. This LP issue is the same thing that happened to me last time, i took one round of clomid and got pregnant right away. My progesterone levels were really low too - not sure if that's what caused the short LP or was in addition too.
Unfortunaltey the doctor's been on vacation for 2 weeks, so i'm just waiting for her to return to do teh blood test and then the sono before she gives me the Rx.
I will mention about the B6...I've heard about it before, but never tried it.
