looking for eyeliner rec

What do you use daily. I can't stand that mine is smuging in the summer heat. Running around outside with a toddler at 80+ degrees, do I give up on eyeliner? Or will something hold up?

I'm so terrified of liquid, but my mother nags at me that I'm being stupid and liquid is the only way.

Any others?

I use an eye primer and then a very thin line of brown or purple waterproof liquid eyeliner. It holds up all day and night. I use the liquid with the felt tip applicator, not a soft brush applicator. IMO it is very easy to apply after a few tries.

I have tried more expensive ones but I always come back to this one. External Image

I won't use liquid, I am too much of a klutz. I use the Urban Decay 24/7 gel, it sets in about 60 seconds and doesn't budge all day. I think I have about 10 of them, they have amazing colors!

I can't deal with pencils at all. Even "waterproof" ones run on me.

Bobbi Brown gel (with a flat eyeliner brush) is good for everyday, but if you want to try a liquid I would start with a pen, like LORAC Front of the Line Pro or Smashbox Limitless Liquid.

For liquid, MAC Liquid Last stays forever, but can be tricky and may only come in black now).
I paint it onto my flat eyeliner brush to make it easier to apply. It is a pain to remove.

MAC Superslick is a little easier to doesn't really run, but its not quite as long lasting or hard to remove as the Liquid Last. I would recommend it as a good starter liquid after pens.

Re: looking for eyeliner rec

UD 24/7 liners are great, and lots of great colors. Also, MAC fluid line is great, but its in a pot and you need to use a brush to put it on.

Yes those are the ones, but those are travel sized sets, they come bigger and in more colors, I usually get them from Ulta or Sephora.

Re: looking for eyeliner rec

I hate hate hate liquid eyeliner. Could never get it right. Always smudged it and had to redo the whole eye, etc..

Until I discovered MAC fluid line in blacktrack. It's a gel liner so you gotta apply it with a brush but it glides on so smooth and with a brush you have more control than with the felt tipped applicators in the bottle liners.

Stills waterproof liquid pen. I am an eyeliner freak and have stockpiled this one in case it ever becomes discontinued. The stick/pencil version is not as good, IMO. It's super smudgy and messy.

I'm afraid of liquids and kind of hate pencils, I've been using a no sharpen one all year and got so lazy, maybe this is worth a try

I use that with the UD potion primer because I have greasy eyelids.

No, the one I'm talking about is a felt tip pen. It's just as easy as a pencil-- even easier-- goes on in one swoop. I'll find you the link.

I also agree with the gals about the mac gel in the pot, but this pen changed my makeup routine significantly. With the pots, you have to wash the brush everyday. This one is s quick and easy.

Almay Blending Eyeliner pencil. I'm a liner junkie (not a fan of liquid) and I LOVE this. Pretty cheap too.
