Did anyone Read What to Expect Before Expectng?
I am not TTC at all - maybe next year - but i was wondering if anyone read this book and if it was useful. I definatley want to know everything I can before TTC so i was wondering if this is worth picking up.

I took mine out from the library. I definitely thought it was useful, but maybe not enough to purchase it.

I have this book for my Nook. I've read the first couple of chapters and thought they were pretty much common sense. They talked about becoming financially ready, getting your body ready by getting your teeth checked, primary care doc., etc.
I did find somethings interesting for DH to do in order to ensure a BFP when we're ready.
We're in the same boat, we're not going to TTC until next year this time but I'm doing all the hw and research I can not, so when it is time, we get the job done asap 
But..to answer your question, I wouldn't have purchased the book. If you want to read it, see if your library has it.

If you spend enough time on these boards, you will find most of the info in that book monotonous.

ITA. I have read "Taking charge of your fertility" but I still find all the info. on these boards so much more useful than that in books.

I borrowed it from the libary. It wouldn't buy it (though I don't buy any books) but it was nice to read. It had a few interesting points.

a friend gave me her copy. It was interesting to read but I agree with PPs that the info on this board is the same (and free!) I'd start with the pinned thread at the top of this board for a general TTC breakdown

I saw this in the bookstore and showed DH and we both laughed! What can it say, Eat right, exercise, have sex, forgo condom? 
I admit I am curious though but def didn't want to buy it, so I will probably see if my library has it.
