IUI and O ?

I went to my RE today after being on 200mg of clomid this month, there are 4 follicles on one side and I believe one or two on the other. They are still a little small but I need to come back on Friday and I might be able to do the Ovidrel shot and then presumably an IUI this weekend. The problem is our 1 year anniversary is this weekend and we are going away to Atlantic City. I am so stressed and confused of what to do!! Of course this is very important and we don't want to miss the window but at the same time we don't want to cancel our trip. I don't always O on my own, so the shot is most likely needed, but do you think it would be a big deal if I asked if we can do the shot Sunday and the IUI on Monday?? Does a day or two make a difference? Thanks so much for your help!!!

your doc might suggest doing the shot and just not sure if monday would be in time?

What size are the follies now? They grow 1-2mm per day and are mature at around 18mm. It all depends on how big they are on Fri. Does your DH have MF issues? If not then you might just be able to BD instead of IUI.

I think the follicles are 12 and some 13 as of yesterday. My DH does not have any issues so we can BD instead of an IUI but I think we want to maximize our chances since if this doesn't work I will probably start injectibles next month. I am thinking if they say I can do the shot Friday, we can do the IUI Saturday and we can just go on our trip later than expected.
