2.5 bedrooms?

What esactly is this? I have heard of 2.5 bathrooms..but whats 2.5 bedrooms??

One of the rooms is probably too small to be a bedroom, maybe big enough for a washer/dryer or computer room.

When we were looking, our agent told us that to be considered a bedroom, there had to be a closet. So maybe it's a room that was used as a bedroom but there's no closet?

my apartment is considered 1.5 bedroom. the 2nd 'BR" is really small (though it has a double closet). we use it as an office, and it fits a good size desk and china cabinet and some shelves, but as a bdrm, you could probably only fit a twin bed and dresser, and not have much room beyond that

a 1/2 bedroom may be a room that can hold a bed and a dresser, but may not have a closet (we have this 4th "bedroom" that has it's own bathroom downstairs, but they can't technically call it a bedroom because it has no closet.

I think I am going to callto take a look at it..we can use a computer room....but we definitely want 2 bedrooms..that can remain bedrooms...right now our computer is in our room

Usually a half bedroom means you can't fit anything bigger than a twin bed in there.
