Anyone else have really painful cramps?
I have af and because I was late the cramps are killer. The minute my cycle gets thrown off I pay for it during af. I don't even have pcos or anything I just have always suffered. Needed to vent, dh is tying to understand why I am so miserable today but of course he cant.
Ugh! 
Hoping some drinks at my family party will help since I cant stay home in bed.

 Sometimes I do. I find advil really does help. but yes, it is very painful and men will never get it!!!!!!

Sometimes they are pretty bad. Since having my DS they have actually gotten better. When I was young, they hurt so bad sometimes I used to throw up.
Aleve and laying down for a nap. That's what helps me. Drinks are a good idea too, LOL!

ughhhhh!!! me!!!
For the past year and a half, I have been getting the worst cramps the first 2 days of my period. And I actually feel super nauseous, so much so that I have left work and have to change plans because I feel so sick.
I have asked my gyno about it and she said that it is hormones & the pill could fix it, but I can't take the pill because I have a blood condition. I am so sick of feeling like this every month.

I used to have the worst cramps - curl up in a ball in agonizing pain, throwing up, etc. Luckily, when I went on BC it cleared up and did not come back after I stopped taking BC.
Believe or not, exercise always helps me with cramps and menstrual migraines.

I agree...plenty of advil!! I usually take 2, wait an hour or two and then take another one to tie me over when the first two wear off.
