Ladies I Need Any and ALL Advice PLEASE...
Just a quick background on me...I had my first DD through IVF back in 08'. We always "try" the conventional way but to no avail.
I had my last period on 5/21. We did try bedding 2 x when I assumed I'd be ovulating. My cycles are LONG, usually 32-34 days but NEVER more then 38 days which was ONCE in the past three years. Anyway, today is day 40 and I took a few tests on day 36-38 and got a BFN. I haven't tested again the past two days since I figured why bother.
I guess here is my REAL question..
Is it possible to not get a BFP til a week AFTER a friend is due????
Am I wasting my time dreaming?
I am afraid to test again...

ETA: I had some REALLY unusual cramping yesterday and cramping is NOT something I EVER get when AF is due.

You did say it was when you assumed you ovulated. Maybe you ovulated after the time you thought. Did you continue to BD?!?! Anything is possible!

No, we didn't bed after that. So I got my AF on May 21st,  on June 5th and 7th. So I guess it is to assume that I would definitely have a BFP on a PG test 21 days after I and the chances that I could be PG are next to none

we're in the same boat! i last had AF on 5/21 also. i had a obgyn apt today at 830 (CD40) to see what was going on bc i NEVER have long cycles and what do i wake up to... AF. dumb b!tch.
i hope you have more luck than me this cycle!

Its def. still possible to get a BFP a week after AF was due. Many women dont get their BFPs until way after AF is due HOWEVER since you are assuming that you O'd around a certain time its very possible that you may have O'd later than you thought therefore AF would be late. In any case its a kind of "wait and see" situation. I do hope that its a BFP thats on the way for you though!
