any ideas on how to prepare kale?

My 2 favorite ways are sauteed, and then mixed into mashed potatoes, or kale chips. There was also a thread about kale a few weeks ago

i make kale chips!
drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

I love making kale chips as well! I use a misto bottle filled with olive oil and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before baking in the oven.

If I'm making it as a side dish, I like it braised in veggie (or chicken) broth for about 20 minutes with some garlic and onion. DH thinks some crumbled bacon would be delish in this, but I haven't tried it yet.
