For girls that aren't telling...

For girls that aren't telling anyone that you and DH are TTC, how do you answer questions? Will you then out yourselves once you get a BFP, or just say it was a suprise?
I think my girlfriends are on to us, they know I'm off BC, but I just said the main reason was to regulate my body since I've been on them so long. I just say that we're not using protection, pulling and praying, and we're still up in the air about TTC.

The only people that officially know we are TTC are my mom and twin sister. When people ask us straight out if we are trying, or if we have something to report, or if they hint around I do get a little annoyed since it's nobody's business. If we can avoid an answer we do, if not we say it'll happen when the time is right. I am going to be 37 and DH just turned 43 so I'm sure people have an idea we are trying anyway.

I've been in this situation before. The only people that know are my best friend and I think both sides know something is probably in the works. But when someone not from that circle approaches me with that questions I kindly say.." Aww..not not yet. We are just enjoying married life and there are somethings we like to do first before we have kids." Usually that works..even though I would love to tell people to mind there own Fricken Business!!!!

the only person that knows we're TTC is my best friend. Nobody has said anything to us yet because we've only been married for 2 months, and i'm pretty sure our families are thinking we're going to wait a few years. Little do they know lol

only one girlfriend knows and i kind of regret telling her because she keeps asking me if im pregnant yet. i cant wait till she starts trying

my closest friends and cousins know we are TTC. our parents probably have an idea but we never officially told them.

we get the questions allllll the time and sometimes it comes with "advice" on what we can do to get pregnant... it gets hard some days, i usually say we're working on it or hopefully sometime this year.

i can never understand why pple assume we're not having enough that's why i'm not pregnant yet??? like is it really any of your business when me and my husband ?

A couple of close girl friends know, but that's it. It would be too hard for me to not tell ANYONE but we're trying to keep it to ourselves as much as possible. When people ask us, it's more in a joking way. So I usually have some joking response about how we're still enjoying our alone time. But I'm sure now that we bought a house and I've turned 30, we'll be asked more often

2 of my friends know. Only recently i told them. 1 i told after trying for 6 months b.c she had infertility issues and 1 i told when she told me she was trying (told her also at about 7months)
I get the question all the time...I basically just say "Not yet". I say it so much that when i do tell everyone we are expecting they will think it is a mistake
