Just b/c I like to drive myself crazy.......
I have a cousin that lives in Ann Arbor MI. I have never been to her home but have seen tons of pics and they are beautiful. Out of curiosity, I went to Ann Arbor MLS Search and put in the amount that I paid for my home and this is what came up.
I want to run head first into a brick wall!!! My home is a little itty bitty cape in a nice town but we arent by the water or in the best school district! I know its a common frustration that we (LI'ers) deal w/but I can't wrap my mind around why every thing is so over priced on the island!!!!! I can't leave, its not an option (DH's job) so I just have to deal w/it and I know I'm lucky to even have a home but COME ON!!!!!!!!!! just b/c this is where my DH found a job we need to live pay check to pay check every freakin month!!!!!!!!

story of my life! this is why i can't look at other places. I can never leave NY...mostly because I don't want to. But it kills me that i can have a mansion almost any place else.

EXACTLY why I want to move off the island. One day we will hopefully...............just have to wait until we have some equity so we can sell.

I have seen House Hunters in Ann Arbor. Seems so nice. It is frustrating but what can you do?

haha i am a glutton for punishment so I did it too. here's where i'd be living in ann arbor. there's a lake in the backyard too.
